I was able to participate in the collaborative and stimulating effort that resulted in this seminal work. The opportunity came through my association with Peter Coad and affiliation with Feature-Driven Development, and my own experience developing and publishing my initial lightweight development process in, of all places, a Lotus Notes Developer's Guide (because my brother was an author :-)
